If I haven’t said so before, I love to read. Love it love it love it. I will read from any genre and give anything a try. And many of the other people I know that love to read do not share one of my other loves and I kind of feel like I need to keep it hidden like some sort of guilty pleasure. But I’m here to confess..

I LOVE MY TIVO!!

Three years ago I bought my first house and with the house I signed up for Direct TV. With Direct TV, I received a free Tivo trial. We hadn’t had cable, satellite or anything for almost 4 years. It was sensory overload. I was lost in the fabulousness of the universe beyond network televisions. I drooled over Iron Chef, I laughed uproariously with Jon Stewart. I gasped in shock at Rome.

And the new fall TV season is about to start. I could just die of excitement. Here’s my lineup. Some have already started, and some are upcoming.

Survivor
Top Design
Amercia’s Next Top Model
Big Brother

I also can’t leave out some non-reality faves that are about to start:

And many many others. Do I constantly watch tv? You’d be surprised. Start a show on your Tivo twenty minutes in and you can FF right through all those Shampoo commercials and Political ads. One rainy day and you can watch a season of 24 in 24 hours. Not having to wait until the next week is almost more satisfying than it should be. And don’t get me started on the Pause button. Thank God for the pause button when you are watching tv with a chatter. Some of the shows I don’t even have to watch, I can listen while sewing new pillows for my Etsy shop.

So go ahead…think bad of me…or message me and we can make bets on who will be the first couple to whom Phil will utter the words…”You are the last to arrive. I’m sorry to say that you have been eliminated from the race.”
